Responsibilities

You will run the office like a business, leading and managing the team, controlling the daily schedule and patient flow, driving productivity and performance, holding staff accountable, managing payroll hours and office expenses, resolving patient issues, and ensuring smooth, efficient operations.

Requirements

You should have:

  • Management or leadership experience
  • The ability to hold people accountable
  • The comfort to operate in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Dental experience is preferred but not required.

Schedule

The role is full-time, in-person, with occasional Saturdays required and occasional travel between nearby offices.

Pay

Starting at $65,000+ (based on experience), with a performance-based bonus.
