Essential Functions
- Lead and manage the office team, ensuring smooth operations and fostering a positive work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members.
- Oversee the training and development of staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.
- Participate in the recruitment process, from interviewing potential candidates to making hiring decisions, ensuring the office is staffed with qualified and motivated individuals.
- Ensure the office complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, maintaining a high standard of practice.
- Manage patient relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a high level of customer service is provided at all times.
- Oversee office budgets, billing, and financial reporting, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Manage the inventory of office and dental supplies, ensuring the office is fully stocked and operational at all times.
- Optimize office scheduling and workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and patient satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records, ensuring all patient and office records are maintained accurately and securely, in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Be ready to handle additional tasks as required, adapting to the dynamic needs of the practice.

- Experience in office management, preferably in a dental setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.

Pay
Salary range starting at $62,000; final offer will be determined by experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday-Thursday (8:30 am - 6 pm or 9:30 am - 7 pm), Friday (8:30 am - 5 pm), Saturday (8:30 am - 4 pm)
