We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring an efficient patient schedule, supporting team members, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of dental practice operations. Experience with practice management systems, insurance, revenue cycle management, and accounts receivable is required. What You'll Do As an Office Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice while supporting the clinical and administrative teams. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient workflows, managing practice performance, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Your Responsibilities Will Include Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficiencyOversee revenue cycle activities, including billing, payment entry, patient statements, and aging bucketsProvide oversight of patient scheduling and practice management system (PMS) functionsOversee payroll processes and maintain accurate employee recordsDevelop and implement office policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiencyCoordinate staff schedules, meetings, and appointmentsProvide training, coaching, and development opportunities to support team performanceLead team management efforts and foster a collaborative, productive work environmentSupport medical and dental office management functions as needed while maintaining compliance with applicable regulationsIdentify opportunities for process improvement and proactively address operational challengesPerform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management Preferred Qualifications Previous dental office management experience preferredExperience with a dental practice management system required; Dox experience specifically preferredStrong experience with dental coding, billing, insurance, and revenue cycle managementAccounts receivable and aging management experience requiredStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong leadership and team development skillsAbility to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the teamProactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making What Makes You Successful You are an organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented leader who understands the importance of both operational efficiency and a positive patient experience.
