Office Manager - Pediatric Therapy Clinic- Burlington, NC

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversight of daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
  • Leadership and support of front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Interviewing, hiring, and training Behavior Therapists/Registered Behavior Technicians (BT/RBTs) to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintaining efficient clinic workflows while ensuring HIPAA compliance.
  • Aid in billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, and Applied Behavior Analysis preferred).
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
