Compleat Kidz is a network of pediatric therapy clinics providing multidisciplinary care, including Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA therapies. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines
• Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding
• Interview, hire, and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ensuring high-quality care
• Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance
• Aid with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations
• Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
• Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred)
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology
• Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
• Ability to pass a background check
