Compleat Kidz is a network of pediatric therapy clinics providing multidisciplinary care, including Occupational, Physical, Speech, and ABA therapies. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines
- Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding
- Interview, hire, and train Behavior Technicians (BTs)/Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) ensuring high-quality care
- Ensure efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance
- Aid with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations
- Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred)
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards
- Ability to pass a background check
