Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
- Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Interview, hire and train BT/RBTs ensuring high-quality care.
- Affirm efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
- Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
- Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting.
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred).
- Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology.
- Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
- Ability to pass a background check.
