Office Manager - Pediatric Therapy Clinic

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily clinic operations across multiple disciplines.
  • Lead and support front desk team members, including referral intake, scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Interview, hire and train BT/RBTs ensuring high-quality care.
  • Affirm efficient clinic workflows while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
  • Assist with billing, payroll, and insurance authorizations.
  • Build strong, positive relationships with providers, staff, and families.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a healthcare or clinical office setting.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of pediatric therapy services (OT, PT, ST, ABA preferred).
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technology.
  • Understanding of HIPAA and healthcare compliance standards.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
