Location: Downtown Denver, CO (On-site; remote work 1 day/week available after 90 days)Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000 About the Opportunity National law firm is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Legal Assistant to join its Denver team. This is a hybrid role for a highly organized, service-oriented professional who can seamlessly balance office operations leadership with high-level legal administrative support. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned legal assistant who is ready to step into a leadership capacity within a collaborative, professional environment. What You'll Do Office Management & Team LeadershipSupervise, mentor, and train support staff, including onboarding and training new hiresServe as a point of escalation for support staff questions and workflow issuesManage facilities operations, vendor relationships, and office supply/equipment needsCoordinate office procedures, policies, and day-to-day administrative operationsSupport scheduling, staffing coverage, and workload distribution across the support teamAssist with special projects, office events, and firm initiatives as neededLegal Assistant SupportProvide high-level administrative support to attorneys, including calendar management, correspondence, and document preparationPrepare, format, proofread, and e-file legal documents and correspondenceCoordinate scheduling of depositions, hearings, meetings, and travel arrangementsAssist with billing, timekeeping, and expense processingManage document filing systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentialitySupport case/matter management processes What We're Looking For A minimum of 7-10 years of legal assistant experience required, preferably at a large to national-sized law firmStrong leadership/supervisory experience strongly preferred - prior experience managing, training, or mentoring support staff is a significant plusCommercial litigation experience is a plusExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard legal practice management/document management systemsA professional, discreet, and solutions-oriented approach to office and personnel management What's Offered Competitive salary: $90,000-$100,000, commensurate with experienceComprehensive benefits package, including: Health, dental and vision401(k) with matching employer contributionPaid vacation and sick timeShort- and long-term disability and life insuranceDowntown Denver location with FREE garage parking provided by the firmHybrid flexibility: remote work available one day per week after a 90-day introductory periodOpportunity to take on a leadership role within a national firm's local office Interested candidates should apply with an updated resume.- All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
