Office Manager/Bookkeeper (QuickBooks; 100% In-Office)

Responsibilities

  • Manage all office administrative tasks on a daily basis
  • Accurately manage accounting responsibilities: Accounts Payable (A/P), Accounts Receivable (A/R), reconciliations & journal entries in QuickBooks
  • Assist with HR responsibilities, including onboarding, offboarding, maintaining personnel files, payroll processing, and benefits administration

Requirements

  • QuickBooks Online experience is REQUIRED
  • 3+ years of office management experience, preferably in a law firm or other professional services firm
  • Ability to own the accounting process
  • Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.

Qualifications

Since in-office work is required, only candidates in the metropolitan Atlanta area will be considered.
