You will oversee all accounting functions, administrative activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will manage all aspects of the day-to-day office functions. You will work with the owners on special projects as needed. Key Responsibilities Assist in hiring office personnel and ensure employment best practices and complianceManage the training and development plans for office teamOversee performance management for office teamDeliver financial reporting as neededVerify and analyze franchise performance reportsAssist with office staffing and compensation plan as needed Position Requirements High school diploma/GED mandatory; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferredAt least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experienceAt least 3 year of customer service and/or office-related experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional organization and planning capabilities, strong attention to detail Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies This is a role in a very fast-paced office environment. Some filing is required which would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets, and bending or standing as necessary. Must pass a background check administered by our vendor.
