Office Manager
About the role
We are seeking an organized, customer-focused Office Manager to play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing administrative tasks, supporting customer communications, coordinating schedules and assisting with day-to-day business operations. The Office Manager must be professional, detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations including reception, mail, supplies, and equipment maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for customer inquiries and service coordination, ensuring prompt, professional responses and high levels of customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments, job assignments and maintain company calendars
- Manage office records, documents and filing systems
- Aid with invoicing, data entry and other administrative tasks
- Support field staff and management with operational and clerical needs
- Help ensure efficient communication between office and field personnel
Requirements
- Previous office management or administrative experience within restoration or another service industry
- Prior experience in support of emergency services is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is a plus
