Job Summary

Sanders & Johnson is seeking a full-time Office Dispatcher to join our dynamic team in Indian Hills, CO. Founded in 1977, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional residential indoor air quality, temperature, and humidity services. Our ideal candidate will manage technician schedules, handle customer communications, and ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers over the phone to address their needs and schedule service appointments
• Dispatch technicians to jobs based on location, skill set, and availability
• Enter customer data into our dispatch software
• Help drive revenue by promoting service agreements and selling accessories
• Handle incoming calls and inquiries efficiently
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude, even during challenging interactions

Requirements

• 3+ years of dispatch experience
• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging interactions
• Proven ability to follow up and complete tasks
• Proficiency with modern dispatch software, preferably ServiceTitan
• An analytical problem-solving mindset
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Punctuality, dependability, and trustworthiness
• A self-starter mentality with a fast-paced work ethic
• Familiarity with coaching programs (optional)
• Experience in HVAC or plumbing dispatch (optional)
