Key Responsibilities
- Perform data entry, filing, and document management
- Maintain office records and update internal databases
- Auxiliary with scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
- Sustain inventory management for office supplies
- Prepare reports, forms, and administrative documents
- Auxiliary with clerical support for management and team members
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email)
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
