Responsibilities
- Accurately enter financial data into our accounting system
- Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with basic accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
- Collaborate with team members on timely, accurate financial reporting
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic to Intermediate Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Previous Automotive dealership experience is a plus
- Prior exposure to accounts receivable a plus
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
