Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize all materials required for copy, scanning and faxing
- Enter paperwork into an electronic system either by data entry or by using multifunction devices such as copiers/scanners
- Processing, sorting and distributing incoming mail to employees in a corporate setting
- Delivering mail and packages from one department or individual to another within an office
- Handling all outgoing packages, ensuring proper labeling, and arranging pickup from the post office, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers
- Follow policies and confidentiality dictates to safeguard data and information
- Demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
- Able to cover the Reception desk when needed
- Able to comfortably move/carry file boxes between 20-50lbs
- Able to meet employer's attendance policy
- Able to access reliable transportation to and from work
- Able to submit to pre-employment drug screen
Qualifications
- 2-3 years' of related experience providing superior customer service or office support services
- High school diploma or GED required
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US required
- Experience working in hospitality, hotel, retail, or restaurants is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen
Benefits

Monday - Friday schedule
Approximately between 8:00AM-6:00PM (can vary based on site)
Flexibility in daily work schedule for potential overtime hours required
Hourly Compensation: $18.00-$18.00 USD
