Office Assistant- Raleigh
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to support our Raleigh office. This role provides clerical and administrative support and requires strong organization, professionalism, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and HIPAA privacy standards.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and provide general front-office support
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Enter data accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide clerical and administrative support to the office team
- Interact professionally with persons served, employees, and other stakeholders
- Work effectively within an electronic records management system
- Protect sensitive information and follow HIPAA privacy standards
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- At least one year of administrative or office support experience is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
- Comfort using electronic records systems and standard office technology
- Strong communication and customer service skills
