Job Duties

  • Carry out employee onboarding.
  • Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning.
  • Engage in light office/clerical work, occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs.
  • Manage multiple and shifting priorities.
  • Show attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • Gain knowledge of logistics and invoicing is advantageous.
  • Contribute to other duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Keep employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
  • Document human resources actions through forms, reports, logs, and records.
  • Operate with the utmost confidentiality in all tasks.

  • Strong administrative writing skills.

  • Proficiency in maintaining employee files.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
