Job Duties
- Carry out employee onboarding.
- Perform administrative tasks including filing, data entry, copying, and scanning.
- Engage in light office/clerical work, occasionally lifting up to 35 lbs.
- Manage multiple and shifting priorities.
- Show attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Gain knowledge of logistics and invoicing is advantageous.
- Contribute to other duties as directed by the supervisor.
- Keep employee files and records in both electronic and paper formats.
- Document human resources actions through forms, reports, logs, and records.
- Operate with the utmost confidentiality in all tasks.
