Office Assistant
Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the office, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Provide excellent hospitality and support to both employees and visitors, maintaining an attentive and welcoming atmosphere.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in common areas, meeting rooms, and supply stations.
- Respond to requests and complete assigned tasks in a timely and reliable manner.
- Collaborate with team members to address facility-related issues promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate lunch orders and oversee vendor deliveries to meet office needs.
- Greet guests, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and manage basic administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office assistant or administrative support role, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing excellent service.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision.
- A reliable and punctual work ethic with a proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Comfort working in a hands-on role and addressing various operational needs.
- Proficiency in receptionist duties, including answering calls and managing documentation.
- Familiarity with clerical and administrative office tasks, such as scanning and organizing documents.
