Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, motivated Office Administrative Assistant to become a key part of our everyday operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in organization, and wants to build practical office skills in a supportive environment. You’ll assist with everything from data entry and purchasing to shipping, invoicing, and general office support. No college degree required — we value a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Accurate Data Entry
- Enter part numbers, inventory updates, and other records into systems and spreadsheets with attention to detail.
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Aid with collections, customer billing and payment processing.
- Invoicing & Billing Assistance
- Support accounts payable and receivable with invoice entry, organization, and follow-ups.
- General Office Support
- Filing, organizing documents, answering phones, maintaining office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day tasks.
- Cross-Department Collaboration
- Work with inventory, service, and sales teams to keep workflows efficient and organized.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, email, efficient typing)
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Clean background check required
- Basic accounting knowledge or QuickBooks experience
