Responsibilities

  • Aid with general office tasks and administrative support
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
  • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Support marketing efforts as needed
  • Provide sales assistance as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in accounting or office administration roles
  • Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High school diploma required; Associate's degree in accounting preferred
