Responsibilities
- Aid with general office tasks and administrative support
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Support marketing efforts as needed
- Provide sales assistance as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
Qualifications
- Proven experience in accounting or office administration roles
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High school diploma required; Associate's degree in accounting preferred
