About the role

The Health Care Savings Plan Specialist plays a critical role in processing health care savings plan reimbursements. This involves analyzing claim forms and verification documentation, providing customer service support, and resolving complex issues.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze claim forms and verification documentation to process health care savings plan reimbursements.
  • Provide problem resolution support to callers, investigating and facilitating resolution of claims.
  • Answer phone calls, resolve more complex situations, and respond to inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate records and reconcile reimbursement claims, analyze invoices, and balance daily batches.
  • Build effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Advanced office or administration support work in a health-related office or similar work environment.
  • Verbal and written communication skills sufficient to explain procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Customer service skills sufficient to answer phone calls, resolve more complex situations, and respond to inquiries.
  • Data entry skills sufficient to maintain accurate records.
  • Demonstrated ability to build effective working relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong time management skills to organize workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient analytical and critical thinking skills to solve problems and draw conclusions to data.
