About the role

Senior Consultant or Manager position based in Saint Louis, MO (onsite 4 days per week) with up to 10% travel. Full-Time or W2T classification. Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of organizational change management plans for a multi-year Supply Planning implementation.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments to identify adoption risks and organizational readiness needs.
• Develop communications, presentations, and engagement materials for business leaders and end users.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and promote alignment across teams.
• Partner with business and project leaders to support change readiness activities and address employee concerns.
• Assist in planning and coordinating training, knowledge transfer, and user adoption activities.
• Track organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, and adoption metrics throughout the program lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure change activities are integrated into overall project plans.
• Identify potential resistance points and help develop mitigation strategies that drive successful adoption.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in organizational change management, business transformation, or management consulting
