Occupational Therapy Supervisor - Rehabilitation Team

About the Role

Lead and coordinate the occupational therapy team, ensuring seamless operations, patient care, and treatment implementation. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to support recovery, while assisting the Director of Therapy Operations with scheduling, training, and communication. Foster a collaborative, compassionate environment focused on positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily therapy team activities and ensure adherence to procedures
• Deliver personalized, compassionate care to patients
• Support team training, orientation, and communication with hospital staff
• Build patient relationships to facilitate recovery and celebrate progress
• Assist in operational management of therapy services

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification in occupational therapy
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an accredited therapy program
• Minimum of three years' experience in occupational therapy or leadership roles, including two years of clinical practice
• CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Therapy Clinical Ladder status or specialty certifications
