Occupational Therapy Lead

About the Role

Lead and support an occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation setting, ensuring the seamless delivery of personalized patient care and treatment plans. Collaborate with the Director of Therapy Operations on daily team management, including scheduling, training, and communication. Provide direct patient care, fostering meaningful relationships to support recovery and celebrate patient progress. Leverage advanced technology in a collaborative environment to deliver compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily operations and team coordination
• Deliver direct patient care tailored to individual needs
• Build strong patient relationships and support their recovery goals
• Support training, orientation, and communication within the team
• Contribute to a positive, patient-centered environment

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification
• CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program
• At least three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, including two years of clinical practice
• Professional certifications or Therapy Clinical Ladder eligibility preferred
