Occupational Therapy Lead

About the Role

Lead and support the occupational therapy team, assisting in daily operations such as scheduling, training, and communication with staff and hospital departments. Provide direct patient care, building meaningful relationships to understand their physical, mental, and emotional needs, and guide them toward recovery. Ensure seamless implementation of procedures and personalized treatments, celebrating patient progress.

• Support therapy operations, including scheduling and onboarding
• Deliver compassionate, personalized patient care

Requirements

• Current state licensure or certification required
• CPR certification or must obtain within 30 days
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited therapy program
• Minimum three years of occupational therapy or leadership experience, with at least two years of clinical practice
• Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold specialty certifications preferred
