Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in patient care activities
• Implement therapeutic interventions based on treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Texas
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care
