Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing patient-centered rehabilitation programs
• Implement therapeutic activities to promote functional independence
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and modify treatment plans
• Document patient progress and communicate effectively with healthcare providers

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in the state of Minnesota
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care

Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and techniques
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
