Join a Passionate Rehab Team at Little Falls Care Center! A Full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist Assistant / COTA is available.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life for patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and progress towards goals.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist Assistant in the state of Minnesota.
- Current CPR certification.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Passionate about rehabilitation and patient care.
Skills
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail.
