Occupational Therapy Assistant / COTA - Full-time

Responsibilities

• Assist Occupational Therapists in providing patient care
• Implement treatment plans according to established protocols
• Document patient progress and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during therapy sessions

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) in Minnesota
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or related field
• Current CPR certification
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for rehabilitation and patient care

Skills

• Proficient in using medical equipment and technology
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
