About the role

We are seeking a Part-time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in Stow, OH.

Responsibilities

  • Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist.
  • Assess client needs and develop treatment plans to improve functional abilities.
  • Implement therapeutic activities to enhance daily living skills.
  • Document progress and communicate with clients, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

  • Active state license as a COTA.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
  • Current CPR certification.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals of all ages.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software relevant to occupational therapy.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.

Schedule

This position offers a flexible 20 – 25 hour per week schedule.
