Responsibilities
- Develop individual treatment plans for patients using evidence-based treatment techniques to maximize functional outcomes
- Work in an interdisciplinary environment alongside experienced therapists

Requirements
- Graduate of an AOTA accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant Program and initially certified or eligible for certification by the NCBOT
- Tennessee COTA (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant) license
- Reliable transportation
- A positive attitude
- Team player mentality
- Prior SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience a plus
Qualifications
Must have a positive attitude, be a team player, and have reliable transportation. Prior SNF experience is a plus.
Skills
Knowledge of occupational therapy techniques, ability to work in an interdisciplinary team setting, and strong communication skills are essential.
