Responsibilities
- Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, motor skills, and home environment needs
- Develop and implement treatment plans within the scope of practice, coordinating with healthcare team members
- Monitor and document patient responses and progress, reporting changes to supervisors and physicians
- Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional assessments to determine therapy needs
Requirements
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
- CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings
Preferred Skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Pay
Hourly pay ranges from $34.23 to $61.15, based on experience and location.
