About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home environment needs in coordination with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy within legal scope, following the plan of care, and using evidence-based techniques
• Evaluate patient function and collaborate with physicians to develop treatment plans
• Monitor and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians
• Conduct assessments using diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the practice state
• CPR certification
• Driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments

Preferred Skills

• Strong multitasking, independence, communication, and organizational skills

Pay

Hourly rate ranging from $34.23 to $61.15.
