Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, home environments, and adaptive equipment needs in accordance with state laws and the care plan. Provide services using evidence-based techniques, collaborate with the healthcare team, and consult with physicians to develop therapy plans. Observe, record, and report patient responses and condition changes to supervisors and physicians. Conduct assessments to determine functional ability and progress.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in Oregon
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings

• Strong communication, organizational, and writing skills

Pay

$37.95 to $56.95 per hour
