Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities Include Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans.Selecting activities to promote residents' independence in daily tasks.Assessing, observing, and documenting therapy progress through detailed reports.Maintaining resident confidentiality and fostering a collaborative relationship with the healthcare team. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.Current New York State OT License or actively working toward licensure.Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
