Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patient needs related to functional status, daily activities, fine motor skills, and adaptive equipment
• Provide services within scope of practice, following medical plans and evidence-based techniques
• Evaluate patient function, monitor responses to treatment, and communicate changes to healthcare team
• Conduct assessments and collaborate with physicians to develop therapy plans
• Document patient progress and response to therapy

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapy license in the practice state
• CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and independent working skills
