Occupational Therapist - Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' functional status, daily activities, motor skills, and home environment needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with physicians, following legal scope and evidence-based practices
• Observe, document, and communicate patient progress and condition changes to the healthcare team
• Conduct functional assessments using diagnostic tests to determine therapy needs

Requirements

• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
• CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit
• Ability to work effectively in diverse home settings regardless of patient background
