About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to evaluate and provide therapy services in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assess clients and deliver Occupational Therapy based on physician orders.
- Supervise and manage OT assistants and rehabilitation aides in client care.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate therapy programs.
- Assist with scheduling, transportation, and administrative tasks related to therapy services.
- Ensure compliance with state Occupational Therapy Practice Act and standards.
Requirements
- Licensed or registered as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligible for certification.
- At least one year of professional OT experience.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and reliable transportation.
