Role Overview
An Occupational Therapist (PRN) provides outpatient behavioral health services, ensuring patient-centered care aligned with organizational values.
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with psychosocial challenges.
- Implement activity programs and assist in planning therapeutic interventions.
- Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure quality care.
- Deliver services tailored to patients' physical and psychosocial needs across different age groups.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy or related field.
- Initial OT certification by AOTCB or NBCOT.
- Current Maryland Occupational Therapist license.
- CPR certification (AHA Healthcare Provider).
- Less than two years of professional experience preferred.

Schedule
