Occupational Therapist PRN

Looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist / OT to join a dedicated home health team. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing and evaluating patients' functional status, daily activities, and need for adaptive equipment within the scope of practice and plan of care.Providing evidence-based occupational therapy services in coordination with the healthcare team.Monitoring and documenting patient responses and changes to condition, reporting to supervisors and physicians.Conducting comprehensive patient assessments using diagnostic and prognostic tests. Qualifications Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.CPR certification, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, or access to public transit.Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments. Preferred Skills Strong multitasking, independence, communication, organization, and documentation skills.
