Occupational Therapist PRN

Job Summary

Occupational Therapists play a vital role in helping patients regain independence, confidence, and quality of life after illness or injury. Guided by our mission to care for and improve human life, you will deliver compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each patient’s unique goals and capabilities. Working closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team, you will evaluate needs, develop individualized care plans, and provide hands-on treatment that supports recovery through every stage of healing.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (OT)
• Occupational Therapist licensed in the state of Texas, is required
• Bachelors Degree from an accredited OT program is required, Masters degree preferred
• A minimum of 1-2 years experience in an acute care facility required, rehab experience a plus as this position will rotate
• Must be able to work 2 shifts per 4 week rotation to include a weekday and weekend shift; must be available to work holidays on occasion
