Occupational Therapist/Physical Therapist-Hand Therapist (Non CHT)

About the role

Select Physical Therapy is seeking a full-time Hand Therapist-Occupational Therapist or Physical Therapist for their outpatient orthopedic center located at 6401 NW 39th Expressway, SNU Sawyer Center, 3rd Floor, Bethany, OK 73008.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and individualized treatment, including evaluation and creation of a plan of care, treatment, and discharge.
• Apply custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic procedures.
• Maintain positive interactions with clients and facilities, enhancing and expanding client relations.
• Participate in the National Upper Extremity (UE) symposium, national journal club, and other educational opportunities.
• Contribute to case management and supervise assistants and aides.
• Stay current with occupational therapy research and employ evidence-based practice.

Requirements

• Graduate of an AOTA-accredited school of occupational therapy.
• CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic.
• Minimum two years in adult rehabilitation; hand and splinting experience preferred.

Pay

$85,000-$100,000 depending on experience. Up to a $20,000 sign-on bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief.
