Role Overview Seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Assertive Technology to provide outpatient services. The role involves evaluating and treating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and considering discharge needs and equipment requirements. Educate, collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, and make specialist referrals as needed.Delegate tasks to assistants, techs, and students, ensuring proper skill level and competency.Complete documentation per departmental policies and provide assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Occupational Therapy services. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy (OT); Master’s preferred.Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT Lic).No prior experience required; supervision experience not mandatory.
