Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to patients with various pediatric conditions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to guide treatment planning
• Teach and model appropriate behaviors and strategies for patients and families
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities

Requirements

• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Iowa
• Experience working with children and families in a healthcare setting
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for pediatric occupational therapy

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current certification as an Occupational Therapist
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience
