Occupational Therapist - Pediatrics & Adolescent
About the role
Ability KC is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Medical Rehabilitation team of professionals. We provide outpatient services, Monday-Friday.
Under general direction of the Supervisor, performs patient care related tasks and functional supervision of support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited school (BS, MS, or OTD in Occupational Therapy)
- Appropriate State license or license eligible
- CPR certification or eligible
- Flexibility, good interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Word processing experience preferred
- Prior hospital or neuro-rehab experience preferred
- One year of pediatric experience preferred if providing service to individuals birth to 13
