Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients in an Assisted Living Community
• Communicates with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Master's/Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Florida Occupational Therapy License
