About the role
We are seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to work in a Skilled Nursing Facility, with a $5,000 Sign-On Bonus.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program
- Current New York State OT License
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized OT treatment plans
- Select activities to promote residents' independence in daily living
- Observe, assess, and document therapy progress through detailed reports
- Maintain confidentiality and foster a cooperative relationship within the healthcare team
