About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate will have either prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and adapting to our unique patient population.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Adhere to the principles and practices of occupational therapy as defined by the PAM Health System.
• Participate in the ongoing development and improvement of occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Be flexible to meet the diverse needs of our patients across multiple facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to adapt to various healthcare settings and patient populations.
