About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and adapting to the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Develop and refine occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Adapt to the varied needs of patients and facilities across our extensive network of 80+ hospitals and clinics.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Completion of an approved residency or fellowship program, if applicable.

Skills

• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in multiple settings.
