Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN Days | Georgetown Rehab

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and adapting to new environments.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and enhance occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Adapt treatment plans to meet the diverse needs of our patient population across various facilities.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of clinical experience in occupational therapy is preferred but not required.

Skills

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities to address patient needs effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
