Occupational Therapist (OT) - PRN Days | Venice Rehab

About the role

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our dedicated team at PAM Health. The ideal candidate should have prior inpatient hospital experience or a strong commitment to learning and adapting to the unique needs of our diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care, including planning and implementing specific treatment programs tailored to individual patients' needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Participate in the development and improvement of occupational therapy services within the PAM Health System.
• Adapt to the needs of various facilities within the PAM Health network.

Requirements

• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state where the hospital or clinic is located.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• One (1) year of clinical experience preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Effective problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
